From the Jwalix sign-in page, choose "Forgot password" and follow the emailed link. If you no longer have access to that email, ask a workspace admin to update it in Settings, or reach us at hello@jwalix.com.
A workspace admin can add teammates and assign their module permissions from the Settings area inside Jwalix, without needing to contact support.
Billing and subscription questions can be sent to hello@jwalix.com. Workspace admins can also review invoices and plan details directly in Settings.
