Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern access to and use of the Jwalix website and ATS application (together, the "Service"), provided by Jwalix. Creating an account or using the Service binds you to these Terms; if you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Description of Service
Jwalix is a multi-tenant, AI-powered ATS and recruiting platform helping talent teams and staffing agencies manage jobs, candidates, submissions, interviews, campaigns, placements, accounts, and reporting in one workspace. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
Accounts & Eligibility
Each user accesses the Service via an individual account provisioned within their organization's tenant, assigned a role that determines which modules and actions they can perform. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account, and must notify Jwalix of suspected unauthorized use. You must be 18 or older and capable of forming a binding contract. Organization-level access is generally established via a separate order form or agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: access data outside your organization's tenant or beyond your assigned permissions; circumvent authentication or access controls; reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; or use the Service to violate employment, anti-discrimination, or data-protection laws.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid access is subscription-based, with pricing, term, and payment terms set per order form or plan selection. Payments are processed via a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe); subscribing authorizes recurring charges per your selected billing cycle. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable, and subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled per plan terms.
Intellectual Property
Jwalix, its logos, and underlying software, design, and technology are owned by Jwalix or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms grant no rights to Jwalix's trademarks or branding. Customers retain ownership of recruiting data entered into the Service and grant Jwalix the rights necessary to host, process, and display it in order to provide the Service.
Termination
Jwalix may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal requirement, or as set out in an order form. You may stop using the Service at any time; for paid subscriptions, cancellation and wind-down are handled per your order form or, absent one, a reasonable transition period to retrieve exported data.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties except as expressly stated in a signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jwalix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction specified in the customer's order form, without regard to conflict-of-law principles; disputes are resolved per the venue specified there.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change on material updates, with additional notice given where appropriate before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
