Recruiting software built around one pipeline

Jwalix brings jobs, campaigns, candidates, interviews, placements, and reporting into a single workspace, with AI built into the workflow rather than bolted on.

What we build

An ATS for full-cycle recruiting

Jwalix is built for two kinds of teams: in-house recruiting and HR teams managing their own hiring, and staffing agencies managing clients, contacts, and placements alongside their pipeline. Both work from the same core: Jobs, Candidates, Applications, Interviews, Campaigns, and Reports, with Accounts, Contacts, and Placements layered on for agency workflows.

Our approach

What we believe recruiting software should do

One workspace, not stitched-together tools

Jobs, candidates, applications, interviews, placements, accounts, campaigns, and reporting share the same data and the same pipeline.

AI built into the workflow

The Recruiting Copilot and AI Interviews live inside the screens recruiters already use, rather than as a separate tab or add-on.

Multi-tenancy and permissions taken seriously

Every request is scoped to your company, and access is controlled down to individual module actions, not just broad roles.

Common questions

Questions about Jwalix

An Intelligence behind every hire for full-cycle recruiting. Jobs, candidates, applications, interviews, placements, client accounts, campaigns, a career portal and reporting live in one multi-tenant workspace, rather than as an ATS bolted to three other tools. See the platform →

Three distinct things rather than one vague one. An AI Recruiter that works through your existing modules on your own permissions; semantic candidate matching that combines keyword and embedding search; and AI interviews that a candidate completes asynchronously from a link, with the transcript scored against the questions you set. See AI Features →

Both, from the same codebase. The modules an agency needs — Accounts, Contacts and Placements — are part of the product rather than an add-on, and an in-house team simply does not use them. See solutions →

Start with the comparison pages, which state what Jwalix does not do as clearly as what it does, then book a demo against your own workflow rather than a generic script. Bring the two or three things your current system makes hard — that is a faster evaluation than a feature checklist. See comparisons → · Request a demo →
